This article describes scalpers selling tickets to Letterman fans for $300 a ticket!!  Outrageous!

 

This scalper website sells tickets to Letterman fans for $75/ticket, and $35/stand-by ticket.  My guide shows exactly HOW they obtain these tickets. 

Why pay this much per ticket when you can find out their sources and get the tickets yourself?  In addition, any Letterman fan whose been to the Late Show knows the Late Show policy that tickets are NOT tranferrable.  (ie the person who obtains the tickets has to be the same person who is using the tickets, which means 3rd party scalpers like this are illegal!)

 

A search on the web for Letterman tickets will also get you incorrect information as well.  For example, this website claims that Late Show tickets are $30/person:
